Located at Ground Floor, 36D Vernon Terrace, Teneriffe, this project brings together historic character and contemporary design in a considered reimagining of Newstead’s industrial past.
Through the use of rich textures, warm tones, and timeless materials, the space tells a visual story that both respects the building’s legacy and reflects the innovation of today’s workplace environments. The design approach carefully balances old and new, creating a setting that feels authentic, layered, and enduring.
Delivered in collaboration with FLP, the result is a thoughtfully crafted workspace that celebrates heritage while providing a refined and functional environment for modern use.
